Vertiv India Launches YUVA Leadership Development Programme for Channel Partners

Sunday, September 6, 2026

Vertiv has announced the launch of Young Upcoming Visionary Achievers (YUVA), a leadership development programme designed to nurture the next generation of channel leaders in the Vertiv Partner Programme, to help drive transformating in India’s critical infrastructure sector.

The inaugural cohort was launched at Vertiv India Headquarters in Thane and the manufacturing facility in Ambernath. The programme brought together 25 promising young leaders from Vertiv’s channel partner network for an intensive experience on leadership, business strategy, market intelligence and operational insights.

The two-day programme combines leadership masterclasses, business and financial strategy sessions, customer partnership frameworks, and industry trend insights. The first day at the Vertiv HQ in Thane focused on vision, growth mindset, and collaborative idea development, and the second day at the Ambernath facility offered manufacturing exposure, production line walkthroughs, and practical insights into operational excellence. Each participant in Cohort 1 has been assigned a business growth project, developed in collaboration with Vertiv mentors. These projects are currently being executed over a three-month period, enabling participants to translate strategic learning into measurable business outcomes in their markets. Contd

Commenting on the launch, Subhasis Majumdar, MD, Vertiv India said, “As the market evolves, the role of our channel partners is also evolving from solution delivery to providing deeper strategic and consultative support for customers. Through YUVA, we are investing in the people who will lead this transformation. By equipping the next generation of channel partner leaders with business insights, leadership capabilities and closer engagement with Vertiv's leadership and operations, we are building a stronger partner ecosystem that can create long-term value for customers and the industry."

Vertiv India, channel leader, Raghavendra Kale said, "Our channel partners have played a significant role in Vertiv's growth in India and YUVA reflects our dedication to invest in their future success. The programme goes beyond product knowledge to help emerging leaders strengthen their strategic thinking, understand evolving market dynamics, and develop the skills needed to grow sustainable businesses. We see YUVA as the beginning of a long-term leadership journey that empowers our partners to seize new opportunities, build stronger customer relationships and contribute to the continued growth of India's critical digital infrastructure ecosystem."

YUVA has a strong emphasis on direct senior leadership engagement, a business-first approach focused on strategy and growth, practical manufacturing immersion and accountable project ownership that drives tangible results.Building on the momentum of Cohort 1, Vertiv plans to launch two additional YUVA cohorts in September and December 2026, with a long-term vision to evolve the programme into a structured, recurring initiative with scalable participation across its partner network.
