Women in Cloud, the global network of women techies across 100 countries, has announced the launch of FoundHerWorld initiative in India that is designed to convert visibility into real economic participation for women founders building in the AI-powered economy.
FoundHerWorld is part of Women In Cloud’s broader mission to unlock USD 1 billion in economic access for women and allies by 2030. Industry data suggests that women founders struggle to get only a fraction of venture capital deployed annually. Despite generating USD 3.76 for every USD 1 invested globally, women entrepreneurs struggle to get access to only about 1% of an USD 11 trillion procurement market. FoundHerWorld is designed to bring parity for women founders in this environment. Contd
