Mangesh Desai Joins RAH Infotech for Enterprise Services

Monday, April 27, 2026

RAH Infotech, a technology enabler for cybersecurity and digital infrastructure, has appointed Mangesh Desai as Director, Strategic Accounts (Services). The appointment reinforces the company’s focus on deepening enterprise relationships and expanding its capacity to deliver outcome-linked solutions in an increasingly complex environment.

Desai joins RAH following a transformative tenure at Orange Business Services, where he led Customer Advocacy and Services Sales. His reputation is built on moving client relationships beyond the transactional. By placing customer advocacy at the heart of the engagement cycle, he has worked on models that ensure technology investments deliver on their initial promise. Thus, he addresses the specific challenges of the modern CIO who requires tangible results over vendor -led promises. Contd

Within this new role, Desai’s mandate focuses on account-level orchestration, ensuring RAH’s specialised technical capabilities are contextually aligned with the business requirements of critical clients. He will serve as a strategic bridge, unifying RAH’s distinct service offerings and strategic advisory into singular, risk-aware roadmaps for key enterprise partners. His focus is to move organisations away from fragmented procurement and toward a consolidated service-led framework where uptime, compliance and business continuity are the primary benchmarks of success.

Ashok Kumar, Managing Director and Founder of RAH Infotech, believes this is the right moment to strengthen the company's service-led capabilities. "Enterprises are no longer looking for tools in isolation; they are looking for the clarity to use them effectively," Kumar said. "Mangesh Desai understands the architecture of trust. His role is to ensure our service expertise and advisory capabilities are perfectly aligned with the business objectives of our strategic partners, supporting them as they move toward more resilient, service-oriented operations."

Desai’s expertise spans the entire IT lifecycle - from governance and managed services to strategic consulting and the deployment of next-generation digital architectures. In this role, he will ensure that RAH’s enterprise clients can modernise their infrastructure and security posture while maintaining operational stability and compliance.

"The conversation in our industry is moving toward value-driven partnerships," said Desai. "What attracted me to RAH is its commitment to the customer outcome. Success today is measured by the value delivered around the technology. I look forward to shaping strategies that place our clients' goals at the centre of every engagement, ensuring we provide the long-term resilience and governance that modern businesses require."
